Loan Process

The Loan Application: You will be asked to provide documents to support your income, income tax returns, bank statements and homeowners insurance.

What happens After the Loan Application?
Obtaining a credit report, Verifying Employment, Bank Account information, property search, and an appraisal on the property. Your loan will then be submitted for approval.

The Approval:
After submission, we will receive one of the following answers: You have been approved as submitted, approved with conditions, or another offer was made by the lender.

What is the closing?
The closing is the signing of your Loan papers. After final approval, your Loan Officer will contact you to discuss the final numbers before you sit down to sign.

After the Loan:
You will the Receive all funds that you are to get from your new loan as well as final paperwork.
